News reports that XYZ medication is known to have caused high blood pressure in many patients. I’ve been taking the medication for the past year. I will not take my dose tonight and will contact my doctor when the office opens tomorrow.

The sunscreen brand I used daily during the summer 2004 - 2010 is reported to contain a chemical that could cause cancer. I will toss that brand and find another that doesn’t contain the chemical.
International Travel
Use the journey pages to note international travel visits. The information could be used to diagnosis health concerns and its essential for blood donors to track their travel venues. Draw a simple table like the example below.
